CATPC has developed chocolate products that allow consumers to directly support land restoration and the building of the Post-Plantation environment: fair-trade chocolate bars, miniature self-portraits and small-scale chocolate sculptures. Each product is a work of art in its own right and a direct means of supporting land restoration. All proceeds from the sale of these products go to CATPC to buy and restore their land. To buy one is not simply to acquire an exceptional product, it is to participate in an act of restitution, to support the return of land to the people who worked on it.
